Product quality complaints refer to quality issues that may arise before a product reaches the patient. These complaints can encompass the following:
Packaging, labeling, or filling issues: This includes missing or defective components, such as broken bottles, defective caps, illegible labels, overfilled or underfilled bottles, or signs of tampering (e.g. broken seals, altered labels, puncture holes, or open or damaged wrappings, etc.).
Physical Characteristics: This refers to any alterations in the color, volume, or clarity of the product. Examples include the presence of small particles or flakes in a liquid that should be clear and transparent.
